This smoothie is my favorite (and super-simple) post-workout drink. It’ll help you build those muscles and cool off from the summer heat!

1 cup of frozen berries (I’m a big fan of blackberries, cherries, and blueberries)
1 cup original almond milk (unsweetened)
1 serving vanilla protein powder (I use EAS advantEDGE)
1. Pour the frozen berries in the blender, followed by the almond milk and protein powder. Blend on high setting for about 30 seconds. Mix with a spoon if the berries aren’t blending. Continue to blend for another 30 seconds. Enjoy!
